• Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.
• All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment providers.
• Lexium does not store credit card, debit card, or UPI PIN details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We provide free shipping within India.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 5–7 business days.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, strikes, or natural events.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

6. Replacement Policy

• We offer a 10-day replacement policy from the date of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only.
• To qualify for replacement:
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase and photographs of the issue must be submitted.
• Contact us at info@lexiumworld.com within 10 days of delivery to request a replacement.
• Once approved, Lexium will arrange pickup and ship the replacement at no extra cost.
• No returns or refunds are offered—only replacements under the above conditions.
• Non-replaceable items: Gift cards, opened consumables, customized or personalized products.

7. Communication Channels

• Official updates regarding your orders are sent via SMS, email, or our website chatbot.
• Lexium does not use WhatsApp for business communications.
• By placing an order, you consent to receive transactional messages related to your purchase.
• Promotional messages will only be sent if you have opted in. You may opt out anytime.
